There used to be many years of Compuserve hosted Toolbook discussion forums, but this ended in 1997. You can search some of these forums online. You can even download the forums databases and read them offline - see Toolbook Knowledge Nuggets
There is also a knowledge base available for Toolbook. The Asymetrix knowledge base (online and downloadable) contains articles added by Asymetrix tech support staff and Toolbook engineers.
